1. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at support@thenaam.in.

2. Refunds

  • If canceled in time, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
  • If already shipped, return the item as per the return policy below.
  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there's an error on our part.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Time for the refund to reflect may vary by bank/card provider.

4. Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be changed once placed. Cancel within 30 minutes and place a new order if needed.

5. Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's what to do:

For Prepaid Orders

  • Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Unused and in original condition with packaging.
  • Proof: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

For COD Orders

  • You may inspect the item at delivery.
  • If unsatisfied, you may refuse delivery.
  • If accepted, COD returns follow the same steps as prepaid ones.

6. Refunds (Post Return)

  • Items are inspected after return.
  • If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
  • Time for credit depends on the payment provider.

7. Shipping

  • You will bear the cost of return shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
